The activities in Bologna are carried out in the so-called “Palazzina delle Lavandaie”, a typical building looking out over the Aposa river which runs through the city. This wing, which is connected to the main building by a long corridor, houses offices for hosting Visiting Scholars, professors and researchers from the CIEG and the campuses of Forlì and Rimini. Some areas are also reserved for final year PhD students working on their theses, as well as Research Fellows. There is also another seminar room.
