The headquarters of the Department of Via Capo di Lucca has 4 rooms that can be booked for conferences, meetings, presentations, and seminars, by the members of the department.
- seminar room 1 - first floor (about 30 seats) - equipped with computer, video projector, flipchart, chairs with movable tables
- seminar room 2 - first floor (about 30 seats) - equipped with computer, video projector flipchart, chairs with reclining table
- meeting room - fourth floor (about 8 seats) - equipped with oval desk, dry board
- meeting room - in the Palazzina delle Lavandaie (about 10 seats) - equipped with a rectangular desk
Seminar rooms 1 and 2 can be combined, through the removal of a movable wall, into a single room with a capacity of about 60 seats.
