Antoine Kallab is an Instructor of Practice and the Associate Director of the Nature Conservation Center at the American University of Beirut (AUB-NCC).
Before joining the center, Antoine worked as the coordinator of the Beirut Urban Observatory at the Beirut Urban Lab – AUB, a research platform designed to collect and disseminate information about the socioeconomic impact of the Beirut Port Explosion and the dynamics of the recovery process. In parallel, Antoine works as a consultant for UN agencies on various topics such as labour market assessments, gender mainstreaming strategy and development policies.
In 2018, he co-founded an international policy dialogue platform animated by experts, diplomats, and academics from different parts of the world to engage the Lebanese diaspora in policy and governance discussion around Lebanon’s crisis.
