The research aims to contribute to the retailing sector by developing an innovative methodology to support retailers in forecasting demand by integrating different sources of information. In crises situation, predicting consumers behaviors becomes crucial. A precise demand forecast could support a more effective estimate of future demand, thus reducing overproduction and excessive overstock.
