ESG4PMChange - Workshop “Pilot ESG4PMChange training program for HE students”

Call for the selection of candidates

The "Pilot ESG4PMChange training program for HE students" workshop is part of the Erasmus+ project "ESG4PMChange - The ESG Imperative for the Project Management World: Alliance for Developing and Empowering Changemakers," funded by the European Union.

The training aims to support students in integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles into project management practice through lectures, collaborative activities, and experiential learning, culminating in the final presentation of ESG-oriented project solutions.

Students of the University of Bologna who are up-to-date with their enrollment and tuition payments are eligible to apply.

A minimum B2 level of English proficiency is required, which must be self-certified in the application form.

Deadline for applications: Students must complete the online application form by 11:59 PM on February 16, 2026.

Expense Reimbursement: Expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with University regulations.

The maximum number of participants admitted is 3.

Participation is expected to be in person in Poland, and the activities will be held in English from March 23 to 27, 2026.

  • Day 1: Strategic Framing of the ESG Projectt
  • Day 2: From ESG Intent to Project Design
  • Day 3: Performance, Team & ESG Value Integration
  • Day 4: Simulation Day: simulazione di decision-making in contesto ESG
  • Day 5: Project Integration, Presentation and Future ESG Project Management Competencies: preparazione e presentazione finale dei progetti (pitch) + feedback
