Knowledge Transfer Soft Skills Training Programme
The training program for Knowledge Transfer Professionals in Europe
KTSoftSkills - Soft Skills for Knowledge Transfer Erasmus Plus project aimed to create the necessary stock of soft skills (through a specific training program) capable of filling this lack of competencies that KT professionals within HEIs and outside are facing, while creating the appropriate institutional awareness and support mechanisms to ensure the alignment of top management and decision-makers.
The project ended in October 2025, providing the foreseen results.
The KT Soft Skills Training Programme is available and open access, and offers a modular set of half-day training sessions.
Each module is designed to provide an effective learning experience combining theory and practice:
