  • Michela Bega, Administrative-Manager: personnel management; coordination of management activities of the Department; support activities of departmental bodies.
  • Restituta Castiello: external staff recruitment procedures and related contracts and compensation; support for educational programming.
  • Luigina Da Rin Zanco: planning, didactic programming, and quality assurance of Courses of Study; relations with Schools and Departments; agreements with professional associations and internships; support for university masters and state exams; internationalization; fund-raising.
  • Mirella Dallavalle: non-EU reimbursements and payments.
  • Enrica Geraci: reimbursements and compensation; seminars; PNRR project reporting; mission management and intra-university mobility.
  • Federico Iannello - Deputy Administrative Manager: budget, contracts, and agreements.
  • Paola Imparato: accounting.
  • Tiziano Manferdini: administrative support to CIEG faculty; web editing.
  • Tiziana Nobili: authorization of extra-institutional assignments; management of missions and intra-Ateneo mobility; administrative activities related to administrative and teaching staff; elective procedures.
  • Massimo Monesi and Anna Muraro: collection, processing, and data entry of the Department's research products; monitoring and acquiring software information products; management and evolutionary maintenance of archives supporting research.
  • Luca Palmonari: project management of national, regional, and University projects; administrative support to doctoral courses.
  • Claudia Pacciolla: communications.
  • Francesca Regoli: project management of European and international projects; SUA-RD and Strategic Plan; support to the Research Commission.
  • Raffaele Sicignano: procurement of goods and services.
  • Elsa Sirk: orders, invoices, and inventory; contact person for cleaning and logistics.

The technical staff of the directorate, technical and IT figures for analysis and in support of research services: Massimo Monesi and Anna Muraro, activities to support services for collection and processing, data and indicators of research products, using computer instrumentation and statistical-mathematical methodologies. Monitoring and acquisition of software information products to support research. Management and evolutionary maintenance of computer archives supporting the data-room for DiSA research products.
