The KT Soft Skills project has been funded by the European Commission to create the necessary stock of soft skills (through a specific training program) capable of filling the lack of competencies that KT professionals within HEIs and outside are facing, while creating the appropriate institutional awareness and support mechanisms to ensure the alignment of top management and decision-makers.

After three years of work by the six partners from four European countries, the project coordinated by the Department of Management of the University of Bologna comes to an end.

The final conference aims to present the project's results and reflect on the importance of skills—particularly soft skills—in the profession of Knowledge Transfer (KT) professionals, a role that is constantly evolving.

This will be achieved through contributions from prominent figures in the KT field, both at the national and international levels, as well as through the sharing of direct experiences and group work on the topic. The audience will comprise KT professionals from across Europe, with the goal of comparing and discussing approaches to soft skills within the profession in various European countries.
