The IP project "Sustainable Refurbishment, Retrofit and Energy Management in Housing” is the 2nd year project. The host university will be Corsican Universite de Corse Pasquale Paoli university.
IP involved first cycles (BA) 57 students and 23 lectures from 11 participating HEI from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University ( Lithuania), VIA University College (Denmark), University of Salford and University of Westminster (United Kingdom), Instituto Politecnico de Braganca (Portugal), Warsaw University of Technology (Poland), Alma Mater Studiorum (Italy), Hochschule fur Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin (Germany), Universite de Valenciennes et du Hainaut Cambresis and Universitede Corse Pasquale Paoli (France) and Tallinn University of Applied Sciences (Estonia) to work intensively for 12 days together in 12 international team/groups using a common language of English.
The course "Sustainable Refurbishment, retrofit and Energy Management In Housing" provided students with a deeper insight into different approaches to sustainability, refurbishment and management in the context of the building.
Each student was awarded 5 ECTS credits for their participation in the project.
