The European Commission has recently funded the "ESG4PMChange - The ESG Imperative for the Project Management World: Alliance for Developing and Empowering Changemakers" project under the Erasmus Plus program.

ESG4PMChange aims to enhance the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into the project management domain, address skills mismatches and shortages, and foster innovative competence-oriented learning ecosystems to empower future project management professionals.

Project partners launched a pivotal survey on Sustainable Project Management (SPM), focusing on the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions.

The Department of Management of the Alma Mater is part of the project.

We invite you to participate in the survey. Your insights will contribute to:

  1. Identifying key competencies essential for modern project management in the context of sustainability.
  2. Assessing current proficiency levels and gaps in these critical areas.

By participating, you will help shape a standardized competency framework for ESG-integrated project management, driving advancements in education, certification, and professional development.

Your input will guide the development of innovative tools and frameworks, ensuring that project managers are equipped to lead impactful, sustainable initiatives.

Your voice matters—join us in shaping the next generation of sustainable leaders!
